Born and raised in a small town outside of Detroit, I grew up very close to my family, connected to both my Greek and Armenian heritages. I had always wanted to visit these places, particularly Greece; however, due to the fact that I played competitive tennis through college, I visited Greece for the first time only when I was 18. For three weeks, my brother and I embarked on a Greek Orthodox Summer Camp, Ionian Village, where we traveled across islands like Zakinthos and Corfu. While learning about myself and my heritage, I fell in love with Greece.

My undergraduate studies were at the University of Michigan, where I pursued two bachelor degrees: one in psychology due to my passion of working with people, and the other in Modern Greek Language & Culture due to my love of all-things-Greece.

Being on the varsity women's tennis team presented a challenge for allowing me to study abroad in Greece, but after working with my coaches as well as the wonderful team at College Year in Athens (CYA), I was able to take a summer course in Athens for one month after my third year of studies. My love of Greece grew that summer; I met amazing people and saw amazing things while traveling in Athens, Epidaurus, Nafplio, as well as the islands of Hydra and Poros.

After I graduated from the University of Michigan with my bachelor degrees, I was accepted to a master's program there as well. But something did not feel right. I felt that something in Greece was waiting for me.

After a couple of months, I decided to pursue a master's degree in Athens at the Alba Graduate Business School. I packed my bags and headed to Greece with a one-way ticket.

I spent the next several years studying, meeting amazing people, traveling, exploring, and more. In that time, I also had many visitors. It was during those visits that I realized my passion of showing people the beauty of Greece. I was excited to show my friends and family as much history and culture, as well as the hot spots, incredible sites, and amazing secrets that Athens and the rest of Greece has to offer.

And now I want to continue my passion of all-things-Greece by showing everyone I can this beautiful country in a unique way.
